Check out an interview with Ryan Star in Newsday advancing his participation this past Sunday in the Sunrise Day Camp charity walk. Sunrise Day Camp is the only full-service, dedicated day camp in the nation for children with cancer and their siblings. Presented by Nikon, the walk raised over 200k dollars. Ryan kicked off the walk with a performance of the national anthem, signed autographs and played some of his songs for the kids and their families. He even closed the show by inviting the kids up on stage to join him as his “background dancers”. It was a good day for a great cause and Ryan killed it.
